Frequently Asked Questions

What steel is the blade made of?

Each blade is made of premium German stainless steel hardened to 55±2 HRC, engineered in Switzerland for lasting sharpness and durability. The hammered finish helps food release from the blade while cutting.

Is it dishwasher safe?

Hand washing is strongly recommended. Wash with warm, soapy water right after use and dry immediately to protect the edge and the handle. Dishwashers can dull and damage fine knives.

How do I keep the knife sharp?

Hone the edge regularly with a honing steel and sharpen with a whetstone or a professional service when honing no longer restores the edge. Always cut on wood or plastic boards, never on glass, stone, or ceramic.

Where are Swiss Diamond knives made?

Swiss Diamond knives are engineered in Switzerland and made with German stainless steel blades, matching the precision standards of our Swiss-made cookware.
